The ZES Climate Intelligence Platform is made up of a network of sensors and controllers (nodes). The Node Network senses and monitors everything that affects climate comfort, such as external temperature, occupancy, humidity, ventilation, and determines ideal climate comfort according to electricity usage patterns and utility tariffs.
Our revolutionary Climate Intelligence Platform has been tested and validated in thousands of controlled zones, mainly in hospitality brands such as Hilton and Marriott, as well as senior living facilities such as NASVH.
To provide a solution for the impact the Hospitality and Senior Living sectors suffered by the COVID19 pandemic, we developed a new IAQ sensor for indoor air quality monitoring and alerting. All information on room air quality is gathered by the sensors and uploaded to the cloud, where the Climate Intelligence Platform is able to analyze and apply its learnings via the room controllers.
