The Digital Replica employs powerful analytics for predictive and prescriptive abilities. It enables stakeholders to perform deep monitoring, discover and investigate complex relationships between parameters, and create digital sensors that detect and predict results for various parameters.
Value Roadmap
First, Halo collects all the operational data from the manufacturing environment, and creates the initial replica. In order to provide value from Day 1, we’ll give you end-user tools for deep monitoring and investigations, comparisons to historical and gold standard batches, root cause investigations and alerts on anomalies and events.
Once enough data is collected, the replica begins to detect process variations, and then . builds “digital sensors" that predict results for different parameters contribution to continuous improvement in operational efficiency and process stabilization.
As the replica integrates more and more data, it enables predictions and analysis for complete batches and processes, including cycle times and outcomes.
The predictions allow stakeholders to experiment with their processes, and the results are then used by the Digital Replica to further improve the analysis. This continuous learning cycle lets the system generate better predictions as well as actively suggesting prescriptions and recommendations for process improvement.
